Palmetto State The Palmetto State is a fully restored 1948 Pullman private railcar. It is available for charter throughout the United States and Canada. The railcar is fully crewed and includes gourmet meals and beverages. There are overnight accommodations for up to 12 guests. The Palmetto State is pulled by Amtrak trains in the United States and VIA trains in Canada. This allows us to offer private charters to almost any major city in either country.
